Condense Plus is an Premium, High Performance, Low VOC <1g/L, fast curing, water based, breathable, installation type sealer to help consolidate, strengthen, reinforce and densify surfaces that might be susceptible to erosion, salt attack, mineral blooming etc. Also helps minimise staining during installation. Can also be used to help halt the erosion of soft surfaces that has already started. Reduces Efflorescence, Spalling, Salt Attack and Degradation of Surface plus it can be used to prevent further erosion of existing salt attacked surfaces.

USE: For indoor, outdoor, domestic and commercial areas. For porous surfaces e.g. all natural stone like basalt, bluestone, granite, limestone, marble, quartzite, sandstone, slate, travertine etc plus porcelain tiles, encaustic tiles, terrazzo, concrete, pavers, saltillo, grout and other surfaces where a natural look and maximum stain and water resistance is required.

WHAT DOES IT DO:
NanoPlus^™ sized sealing molecules penetrate deep into the surface, then chemically bond and help consolidate, densify, reinforce & strengthen the sealed surface from within. Also helps reduce picture framing, efflorescence, mineral blooming, staining during grouting & adhesive blotch marks through the back of  the surface during installation. 

WORKS ON:
For all Natural Stone (e.g. Basalt, Bluestone, Granite, Marble, Limestone, Sandstone, Slate, Travertine etc) Encaustic and Terrazzo Tiles, Bricks, Saltillo, Terracotta, Quarry Tiles, Concrete, Pavers etc

NOT SUITABLE FOR:
Do not use on non-porous surfaces like ceramic, porcelain or tessellated tiles or any other non recommended surface;

WHERE TO USE:
For walls and floors in domestic, commercial, indoor and outdoor areas e.g. salt water swimming pools, homes, supermarkets, airports, hotels, resorts, foyers, retail stores, restaurants, driveways, bars etc

TEST FIRST: Always test first in an inconspicuous area to determine ease of application, dilution rate, colour stability and desired results. End user must determine suitability of product for their own use.

PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY DIRECTIONS: 

1. Read entire label, SDS and technical bulletin before using;  
2. Wear appropriate gloves, skin, foot and eye protection;  
3. Use when surface temperature is between 4°C and 32°C;
4. Surface must be clean, dry and free from sealers and coatings;
5. Avoid Condense Plus from contact with the top surface if you intend to use a colour enhancing type sealer or a coating sealer;
6. Apply only ONE (1) generous saturation coat of Condense Plus;
7. Do NOT saturate the open grout joints if sealing after installation;
8. If using a dark or contrasting grout, apply Grout Release+ before grouting and only after Condense Plus has cured.
9. Avoid applying to surfaces contaminated with salt. Ensure all cracks and defects are repaired with appropriate materials.
10. The surface is ready for light traffic after 6 hours. Keep dry for minimum 6 hours. Full cure in 24 hours.

PREPARING THE SURFACE:
To clean and prepare the surface before sealing use either XTREMECLEAN+ or  STONEWASH+ and rinse thoroughly.

WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START:

1. Protective gloves, eye, skin and foot protection;
2. Sealer applicator, pump sprayer, sealer sponge, brush, paint roller or paint pad plus a suitable plastic container or paint tray;  
3. Clean absorbent cotton cloths or towels, squeegee & plastic sheeting;
4. XtremeClean+ or Stone Wash+ to clean and prepare the surface;

PRE-SEALING INSTRUCTIONS – TOP SURFACE ONLY:

1. Apply sealer to clean, dry surface using a sealer applicator, pump sprayer, sealer sponge, brush, paint roller or paint pad;
2. Ensure even an coat with good saturation and coverage;
3. After 5-10 minutes, use a squeegee to remove excess surface sealer then wipe the surface COMPLETELY DRY with cotton cloths/towels;
4. DO NOT ALLOW EXCESS SEALER TO DRY ON THE SURFACE;
5. Allow to cure minimum 24 hours before installation or grouting;

DIP SEALING INSTRUCTIONS – SIX SIDED SEALING:

1. OPTION 1: Fill  a clean plastic tray with Condense Plus and fully submerge piece for 30 seconds to 2 minutes – (the longer the better);
   OPTION 2: Layout the individual pieces on a plastic tarp then saturate the pieces using a pump sprayer. Ensure even saturation of all 6 sides.
2. After 5-10 minutes, use a squeegee to remove excess surface sealer then wipe the surface COMPLETELY DRY with cotton cloths/towels; 
3. DO NOT ALLOW EXCESS SEALER TO DRY ON THE SURFACE;
4. Lean sealed pieces vertically against wall. Place a plastic wedge or spacer between each piece so the pieces are not touching therefore allowing a gap of 5-10cm between each piece for air circulation and proper curing; Do NOT stack one on top of other.
5. Allow to cure minimum 24 hours before installation or grouting;
6. After 24 hours and before installation, scrub back surface of stone with a white nylon pad or brush to remove any sealer residue.
