Refund policy

Returns


a) Change of Mind: A & M Assad Pty Ltd does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final once the order is placed.

b) Faulty or Defective Goods: If the Customer identifies any faults or defects in the Goods upon delivery or collection and refuses acceptance as per clause 5.2(a), the Customer must notify A & M Assad Pty Ltd in writing within 48 hours of delivery, providing details and photographic evidence of the issue. If A & M Assad Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion, deems the Goods to be faulty or defective, it will, at its option, replace the Goods, repair the Goods, or provide a refund of the purchase price.

c) Return Conditions: Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when delivered. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the Goods to A & M Assad Pty Ltd unless the Goods are confirmed by A & M Assad Pty Ltd to be faulty or defective.

d) Restocking Fee: Returns accepted by A & M Assad Pty Ltd may be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit issued to the Customer.

Non-Returnable Items

a) Custom-made, special order items, or Goods made to the Customer's specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are confirmed by A & M Assad Pty Ltd to be faulty or defective.
