Shipping
a) Delivery Method: A & M Assad Pty Ltd will arrange for the Goods to be delivered to the Customer's specified address using a carrier of its choice. Delivery will be made during Working Hours.
b) Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order and will be specified at the time of purchase. The Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges associated with the delivery of the Goods.
c) Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. A & M Assad Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control.
d) Delivery Address: The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. A & M Assad Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or delay resulting from the Customer's failure to provide a correct address.
e) Acceptance of Delivery: The Customer or an authorized representative must be available to accept delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or collection, and additional charges may apply.
