POULTICE POWDER – easy to use, Professional Grade, powder to help remove most common oil, grease, food and grime stains. Can also be used a cleaning booster with any Sealers Plus Cleaner or Sealers Plus Problem Solver.
WHAT DOES IT DO:
Helps remove most deep set common oil, grease, grime and food stains. When used as a cleaning booster, it will improve the cleaning properties of the Sealers Plus Cleaner or Sealers Plus Problem Solver used.
SURFACE USE:
For all surfaces including Porcelain, Ceramic Encaustic and Terrazzo Tiles, Grout, Concrete, Terracotta, Saltillo, Pavers, Bricks, Mosaics, Natural Stone e.g. Basalt, Bluestone, Granite, Marble, Limestone, Quartz, Slate, Travertine etc.
WHERE TO USE:
For domestic and commercial use e.g. homes, hotels, motels, resorts, schools, child care, aged care, holiday parks, shopping centres, retail outlets, restaurants, bars and more.
TEST FIRST:
End user must determine the suitability of product for their use. Do a test in an inconspicuous area to determine surface colour stability and desired results.
PRECAUTIONS:
- Wear skin and eye protection;
- Use when surface is between 4°C and 32°C;
- Once mixed, do NOT cover or store mixed solution;
- Surface must be clean, dry and free from any sealers and coatings for best performance;
WHAT YOU NEED BEFORE YOU START:
- Protective gloves, eye and skin protection;
- Scrub’N’Clean Kit, white nylon pad or scrub brush;
- Plastic container and clean water to prepare the paste;
- Plastic wrap, residue free tape, plastic spatula, paper towels;
- Clean water to rinse the surface.
HOW TO USE DEEP STAIN REMOVAL:
- Mix Poultice Powder with clean water** to create a thick toothpaste/peanut butter type consistency paste;
- Apply to thickness of your finger in a uniform coat over stained area (cover an area slightly larger than the actual stain);
- Optional – Cover with plastic wrap and tape down borders with aresidue free tape and poke a few holes in the wrap;

4. Allow paste to remain covered until it a) it dries (this may take 24-48 hours depending on conditions) or b) after minimum 24 hours;
- When dry or at least after 24 hours, remove paste with a plastic spatula and mist some clean water over the residue;
- Slightly rub with a Scrub’N’Clean Kit, white nylon pad or brush;
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry off with paper towels;
- Repeat as necessary.
** Depending on the stain you are trying to remove, instead of water, you can use a Sealers Plus Cleaner (diluted) or a Sealers Plus Problem Solver to create a stain removal paste to suit your needs. Contact Sealers Plus Technical Assistance so we can best advise you on what product to use.
